5 Business Lessons I Learned From Starting a Company
15 Feb 2016

“Everyone has highs and lows that they have to learn from, but every morning I start off with a good head on my shoulders, saying to myself, 'It's going to be a good day!'.” (Lindsay Lohan)

The factor of hunger and lately competition drives us all to that level of contention where we sacrifice everything to make odds in our favor.

There are always hurdles and being a business oriented man, I have witnessed the following problems which I would like to share with you so that none of you lose the stamina and courage when facing the same.

Uncertainties

Uncertainties are never welcoming and yet nobody has foreseen that he will be a part of deadly circumstances. Uncertainties in life can be dealt with retirement plans or insurance plans but uncertainties in the long run teach you in other potentials of life.

Hard times

Sometimes even our closely affiliated and most mutually consented people will not negotiate with our decisions rather will have different opinions and will prevent us not to fake or mess around with our career by initiating a new business career preferably which currently has no scope. They unintentionally become the hurdle in our destination.

Our family and friends shouldn’t be made as an excuse and if you really wish to initiate and propagate your business then go ahead. Initiating a business will invite a stream of problems at your doorstep. Like you will witness criticism and biased behavior. But these certifications will not deem your career rather these should be considered as a motivation.

SpiralClick and also a number of organizations did face initially a number of hurdles. But they showed patience, determination and enthusiasm which lead them to the success of 7 skies.

Freedom

The most significant thing while setting up a business is the freedom that drives you elated. A business of your own depends upon the decisions that you will take. You will no more be commanded or rather will be under supervision but will be the supervisor. The sense of dignity and liberty is always associated with business.

But a business is not only propagated by the sense of dignity and liberty. For a business to be successful days and nights which are spent with tiresome efforts and initially no time of rest is granted. Research, experimentation and winning the war of contention makes you filthy with load, courage and enthusiasm and that’s how a business reaches the peak of success.

“Every day is a new opportunity. You can build on yesterday's success or put its failures behind and start over again. That's the way life is, with a new game every day, and that's the way baseball is.” (Bob Feller)
