This is because these designers failed to accommodate the direct link to contact us page or call to action page. Pages without this link probe users to search for the contact us page, wasting their time and energy hence discarding the website as junk with the unsuccessful attempt of searching for the contact us bar. For letting users easily contact u, highlight the contact us link at every page.
