Conversion augmentation through eCommerce websites

You can’t wait for customers to come to you. You have to figure out where they are, go there and drag them back to your store. (Paul Graham)

The major point of interaction between a consumer and a business brand is the brand’s website. Hence, a brand website or an eCommerce website is very much crucial towards the success and conversion augmentation of any website.

Therefore, a website should be designed in such a manner that it not only displays the company’s positive aims and objectives but also displays the effective detailing of the products and services offered by the company of the brand.

Distinction between a customer and a consumer

A customer is very fond of the website and even if the website has a bad navigation then the customer is capable of navigating the website because of his past experience with the brand. On the other, the consumer will not be lenient if the navigation of the website is relatively meager. He will spot on the fault in the website’s navigation and will immediately leave the website. Therefore, a website’s messaging arena and navigation road maps should be effective then only will consumers become loyal customers.

Improved business but backward websites

One of my friends has an experience of buying one of the products from a UAE store. The product seems to work fine and is such what I expected. But the issue arises, when my friend recommends that particular store to some of her friends, instead of visiting the mortar and brick store, the consumers first visit their website and because of the backwardness in the website web design, they are just quit the decision of visiting their stores no matter the store has improved and authentic business.

Website faults

For better and improve conversion augmentation it is much essential not to retain the existing customers by improved customer services and in store/out store purchases but also to attract new buyers by providing them solutions to their problems and removing website web design fault so that they can have a tremendous user experience.
