Value of mobile apps

“Mobile is not the future, it is the now. Meet your customers in the environment of their choice, not where it's convenient for you.” (Cyndie Shaffstall)

Mobile app owners do not necessarily assume that there task is done if there mobile apps have been designed, in order to survive in the competent market of today they need to constantly improve and improvise their mobile apps for enticing and retaining their customers as if a customer has downloaded an app he will not let the app consume the precious mobile storage unless it is of some worth.

Value of mobile apps

For an app to stay within the mobile device’s storage it should have something enthralling within and no persistent ads or permissions should be associated with it. If however, there is a series of persistent ads and permissions associated with the mobile app the app downloader will find no reason to retail the app and hence will uninstall the app.

According to a survey conducted, most mobile users are actively using just 5 mobile apps the rest of the mobile apps are just there waiting for to be used.

Mobile friendly websites

A number of smartphone users have bemoaned that a massive frequency of mobile apps are paying attention towards ‘just earning’ motto rather than ‘retaining their customers’ motto. This is actually bad as the ‘just earning’ strategy is affiliated with recurrent ads during the app usage period along with heavy billings which the app charges. Therefore, the mobile users regard mobile friendly websites much useful than such mobile apps because they are ad free also they do not charge heavy billings.

Tricky

Some of the business companies are playing much tricky regarding their apps to be downloaded as there most of the discussions and events are only live via their mobile apps. Hence, if one has to gain the knowledge of these discussions or events then there is no option other than downloading the respective mobile app.

Chatbots

In the coming future, the tech giants have predicted that many mobile apps will be ruled out by huge chatbots as these bots will allow the availing of any service from a series of business.
